The initial barrier trial performance was unremarkable. Another trial over 1200m on the Sha Tin turf revealed a five-pound weight reduction for this race, but unfavorable timing compared to other horses in the same group. Despite showing ability to track the early speed, it is unlikely he will be competitive in this contest.
