On September 29th, during a dirt trial over 1200m at Conghua, the horse was dropped back on the straight and showed no pace. On September 11th, in a dirt trial also over 1200m, it led early but faded to finish mid-pack (1st-2nd-6th). On August 22nd, during a 1050m dirt trial, the horse was urged on the straight without changing position. This is a New Zealand import with a MA288 predicted rating of 59. It has two overseas runs without finishing below second place, achieving one win in both races led from start to finish but lacked acceleration. Three barrier trials this season have yielded unremarkable results; it’s making its Hong Kong debut and should be assessed after one run.
