On March 10th, the horse completed a dirt trial over 1200m (sections: 6-8-8), showing average effort while ridden around the bend. On September 18th, during a Conghua dirt trial over 1050m, it finished third throughout the race with minimal change in pace. This is its seasonal debut and after two barrier trials, has not demonstrated significant improvement. Another turf trial over 1200m at Sha Tin was undertaken, this time carrying a four-pound weight reduction. It has recorded three losses in three previous races over this distance. The plan is to settle towards the rear of the field, however, its finishing kick hasn’t measured up against rivals, resulting in an unfavorable position. Its overall time compared to other horses in the group is reasonable and drawing an inside barrier could prove advantageous, as it possesses a relative strength in comparison to competitors – potentially capable of an upset victory.
