Four weeks ago, over Sha Tin 1400m, the performance was below expectations with a slow jump and settling towards the rear. The horse made a mid-race effort but faded in the final stages. Having returned to training later, it had its first run back at Happy Valley over 1200m. This time needing to carry two pounds more, having previously secured three wins over this distance. It has been showing good times within its group and drawn a favorable barrier, expected to settle towards the rear again with a strong finishing kick being its key strength; appears determined to perform well.
