BEAUTY THUNDER

On November 28th, a dirt trial over 1050m saw the horse track second throughout, with a weak finish. Six weeks ago, in a 1200m dirt race, it performed poorly settling mid-pack and maintaining an even pace but lacking a finishing burst, beaten two and a half lengths for seventh place. A subsequent barrier trial showed moderate performance. Returning to Happy Valley over a sprint distance for its debut run, the horse carries no extra weight this time. While possessing some form over this trip and comparable times to rivals, it has secured a favorable barrier draw. It demonstrates clear strength compared to other contenders, with trainer-jockey confidence high. The horse is currently in excellent form, but faces a challenge needing to be held up and lacking the finishing kick of its opponents; positioning isn’t ideal, hoping for a place finish only.
