On 2/12 (dirt trial 1200m: 8-7-5), the horse maintained a positive line, gradually moving forward. Four weeks ago in the same distance race, it performed well despite a slow jump, settling towards the back before showing a strong finishing move. It was beaten by half a length, finishing fifth. A recent barrier trial did not demonstrate any improvement. This time with a two-pound weight reduction, while having proven records over this distance and comparable times in its group, the draw is favorable. Morning trackwork shows no decline in condition, but it will likely need to settle towards the back. However, its finishing kick isn’t as strong as its rivals, making its prospects unfavorable and suggesting it's best suited for a trailing position.
