CAN'T GO WONG

Two weeks ago, this horse ran well over a Happy Valley 1800m, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear. He showed a strong late run to finish fourth, beaten by one and a half lengths. Another trial at Happy Valley mile this time with a one-pound weight reduction but an unfavourable barrier draw presents a challenge. Despite having performed well over this distance previously, he faces tough competition from horses in good form. Based on the horse’s ability, he is considered the strongest contender in this race and doesn't appear to be lacking anything.
