Two weeks ago, over the same distance, despite being able to run towards the front and setting a good pace, the horse lacked strong momentum and finished second, beaten by one and a half lengths. This time it needs to carry five pounds more weight, and its finishing kick is questionable, making the situation less favorable. Although it has performed well over this distance previously and has comparable times against rivals in the same class, it has the potential to lead early. The trainer and jockey still maintain a good working relationship, but opportunities are limited.
