Two weeks ago, (dirt trial 1200m: 3-3-6) showed good early pace and maintained a strong flat speed down the straight. Three weeks ago, at Sha Tin over 1200m on turf, the performance was very disappointing. Slow to jump, he settled towards the rear with a steady pace but lacked any finishing kick. A subsequent barrier trial didn't show sufficient improvement. He’s making his debut over a Happy Valley mile this time, carrying no additional weight, but the distance is unfavorable and the overall situation appears challenging. Despite drawing a good barrier, this run is likely to be treated as another trial.
