DIAMOND SPARKLE

February 26th (dirt trial 1200m: 3-2-2), showed a quick burst from the inside during the final section. February 13th (Happy Valley turf trial 1200m: 6-6-6) maintained a steady pace throughout, with little improvement in performance. March 3rd (dirt trial 1200m: 4-4-4) took a positive running line from the 200m mark and ran respectably. January 20th (turf trial 1000m: 9-10-10) travelled on the inside rail but did not reach expected levels. This is the horse’s debut run as a Newcomer, having commenced training in Hong Kong last October. Four barrier trials have been completed with marginal improvement observed. Displays a low action and quick foot speed, showing early pace and willingness to chase, suited over 1200m to 1400m. Prepared well for this first start and expected to pose a strong challenge.
