March 14th (Happy Valley turf trial 1200m: 4-2-1) gradually increased pace and finished strongly. February 12th (dirt trial 1200m: 4-4-3) slightly held back initially, making up ground while saving energy. January 20th (turf trial 1000m: 5-4-4) travelled towards the rear of the field, without a significant finishing kick. In March, this horse ran disappointingly over Sha Tin turf 1400m, settling towards the back with a consistent pace throughout and showing unremarkable running. Three barrier trials have been completed, indicating some improvement. Switching to dirt over 1200m for this race, it’s a first attempt at the distance and doesn't appear to be ideal. The time wasn’t impressive, the barrier draw is unfavorable, and the finishing kick was not noticeable. The trainer-jockey combination hasn't been particularly strong, however, the horse has undergone thorough preparation and carries a three-pound weight reduction this time, making it worth considering.
