On March 27th (Conghua turf trial, 1000m: 3-3-2), the horse stumbled at jump out and was vigorously urged in the second section. Eight weeks ago, this horse ran a decent race over Sha Tin’s 1200m, taking an early lead but ultimately finishing two and a half lengths behind the winner. A subsequent barrier trial showed slight improvement. Switching to Happy Valley for a sprint distance, it's the horse’s first attempt at this trip; he will carry an additional two pounds this time. The distance is unfavorable and the section times are concerning, resulting in a poor overall shape. Barrier draw wasn’t ideal, and his finishing kick was weak. Trainer-jockey combination lacks strong synergy, lowering winning chances.
