RUN YES RUN

On March 24th (turf trial 1000m: 4-7-8), the horse settled on the outside rail and maintained a steady pace. Eight weeks ago, over Sha Tin’s 1200m turf, the performance was poor; it tracked the leaders in a good position but weakened significantly towards the finish, finishing well behind. A recent barrier trial didn't show much improvement. Switching to Happy Valley over a shorter distance for its debut at this trip is unfavorable due to the unsuitable course and distance. With a trailing pace strategy, a strong finishing kick against rivals is questionable. The trainer-jockey combination hasn’t demonstrated notable synergy, however, it secured a good barrier draw with decent time figures and remains a longshot.
