Two weeks ago, this horse ran a respectable race over a Sha Tin 1600m, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear but finishing within three and a half lengths of the winner. Returning to Happy Valley over a mile, the time was unremarkable and the positioning wasn’t ideal, however, adopting a hold-up tactic allows for a strong late surge amongst its peers; while possessing previous form over this distance, it isn't considered a top contender for this race.
