Three weeks ago, this horse ran a poor race over Sha Tin turf 1600m, settling back but weakening in the final stages to finish well beaten. A recent 1800m turf trial showed unpromising time figures; despite a poor draw, the horse lacked a finishing kick and the cooperation with the trainer was suboptimal. Although it managed to hold a prominent position, given its previous record at this distance, it is not considered a strong contender for this race.
