Fourteen days ago, this horse performed poorly in a Sha Tin 1800m race; he was slow coming out of the gates, ran in the rear, maintained a steady pace throughout, and made up significant ground in the final stages. Fortunately, he wasn't far behind, finishing only three and a half lengths off the winner. Stepping up in class, he tried a 2400m Sha Tin course again. This first attempt over this trip requires an extra six pounds to carry, putting him at a slight disadvantage. However, given his ability to settle in the rear and maintain stamina, his closing kick is the sharpest in his group, coupled with a favorable draw; he has the potential to place.
