Five weeks ago, this horse performed excellently in a dirt mile, settling well and finishing as the runner-up, losing by half a length; his standard is high. Stepping up in class and moving to Sha Tin turf over 2400m, this is his first run at this trip. The distance doesn't entirely suit him, and the gap in class with his rivals means his finishing kick is slightly inferior. However, his early speed allows him to actively challenge for position, and with an ideal draw, he is worth keeping an eye on.
