Fourteen days ago, the horse ran reasonably well over a Happy Valley mile. The start was slow, and it tracked from behind with an even pace throughout, slowly closing in at the finish. In its subsequent Happy Valley 1800m run, it lost all three races, showing no clear form or staying power, with a slightly lacking finishing kick. Fortunately, the drawing was advantageous and the time performance was decent, making it a contender for a place.
