On 13/4, the horse ran a turf trial over 1000m at Conghua with a running pattern of 1-1-1, where the start was clumsy but he easily took the lead after settling and maintained it. In his last run on 30/3, a turf trial over 800m at Conghua with a 1-1-1 pattern, he maintained a leading pace throughout. As a debutant in Hong Kong, training began in mid-February after arrival. After two trials, there has been slight improvement. He has a low stride and quick footfall, possessing early speed and noticeable acceleration; he is suited to shorter distances. For this first start, the only concern is drawing a poor barrier spot, coupled with his relatively small build; therefore, he might be best suited to having a relaxed pace.
