Four weeks ago, this horse performed poorly in the same race; it was slow getting out of the stalls and ran from behind, maintaining a steady pace throughout with an unremarkable run. It has lost all four of its recent starts; it is behind the main group in terms of timing and lacks strong finishing power. The jockey/trainer partnership has not shown anything outstanding, though it has the capability to take an early lead and its draw is decent, but there hasn't been a clear opportunity.
