On 19/5, the horse showed good form in a dirt trial over 1200m (1-2-2), pressing along smoothly and easily. Four weeks prior, in a similar race, the horse performed exceptionally well, showing good acceleration although its finishing speed waned slightly, earning fifth place. Fortunately, it was not far behind, losing only two lengths. After a recent barrier trial showing slight improvement, the horse is now carrying one pound less weight this time. Having won three out of five races in this distance, its current group standing is reasonable and the prospects are good. It has the power to lead from the front, and its closing speed is superior in this group. With a strong composite rating in the field, connections are positive; the jockey seems to have grasped the horse's temperament, and the training partnership remains smooth. Morning workouts continue to show good effort, making it a key contender.
