On 15/5, the horse jumped out well from a Happy Valley 1200m dirt trial (running positions: 1-1-3), leading strongly in the second section but being overtaken in the final stage. Eight weeks ago, it performed well over a Happy Valley 1200m turf race, maintaining a good position near the front and finishing only three and a half lengths behind. After a trial run, there was slight improvement. In its last dirt 1200m race, it struggled to maintain the late burst in a group of horses with similar times; however, its strong early pace and reasonable drawing were beneficial, suggesting no major concerns.
