On 9/6, in a dirt trial over 1200m (positioning 1-2-1), the horse contested from a middle position and showed both early speed and finishing kick. Five weeks ago, in a Sha Tin grass race over 1400m, the performance was poor; it tracked near the front from a good position but weakened in the final stages, resulting in a heavy defeat. A subsequent trial showed improvement. Switching to Happy Valley grass over 1200m for its debut in this distance, the trip did not suit it. Due to time differences within the group, its prospects were somewhat disadvantaged, and the positioning was not ideal. The finishing kick was not outstanding, and the jockey-trainer combination was not ideal. However, given the horse's continued improvement in form and a weight allowance of six pounds this time, it warrants attention.
