Ten days ago, the horse was very disappointing in a Sha Tin 1400m run. It jumped slowly, stayed towards the rear with an even pace throughout, and managed to gain back a fair amount of ground in the final stages. Fortunately, it wasn't far behind, finishing only two and a half lengths back. Stepping up to Sha Tin over 1600m, a new distance for the horse, it was carrying two pounds less this time and showed decent time. Racing on the outside with sustained effort, its finishing kick was the most potent in the field. Overall assessment places it among the frontrunners and capable of winning.
