Fourteen days ago, in the same race, it performed respectably. It was slow coming out of the stalls and settled towards the rear, maintaining a steady pace, slowly closing in on the final run. Fortunately, it was not by much, finishing beaten two and a half lengths. In this race, there is a ten-pound weight reduction. With three wins in twenty-four starts, its recent form is adequate. The draw is ideal; even if the circumstances are somewhat disadvantageous requiring it to run from the rear, lacking the finishing kick of its rivals, and with connections not being perfectly aligned, it should not be dismissed.
