SUPER SPECIAL and BERNINI were slow to begin. On jumping, O'REILLY MAGIC was bumped by STEEL NERVES which shifted in. In the early stages, KING CREOLE was taken back. DOUBLE DRAGON made the turn at the 1000 Metres awkwardly and shifted wider on the track. After the 700 Metres, O'REILLY MAGIC was carried back by DOUBLE DRAGON which after initially crossing to race outside the leader then steadied. Making the Home Turn and in the Straight, O'REILLY MAGIC hung out. After the 200 Metres, CENTURY SUPER STAR was steadied and shifted in away from the heels of DOUBLE DRAGON. TREASURE RAIDERS was sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of TREASURE RAIDERS after the race did not show any significant findings. LEGEND and MARVELLOUS were sent for sampling.
