GOOD VIEW CLARICO, second Standby Declared Starter, was withdrawn on 4.3.22 by order of the Stewards (retirement). GALAXY WITNESS was slow to begin. From wide barriers, CIRCUIT STELLAR and HEZA BEAUTY were shifted across behind runners in the early stages. In the early stages, KASI FARASI was left racing very wide and without cover and then after the 900 Metres was allowed to improve its position, however, continued to travel wide and without cover. Near the 900 Metres, LET’S DO IT was very awkwardly placed behind EN POINTE as that horse was steadied to obtain cover behind SEATTLE CHOICE. LET’S DO IT then shifted out away from the heels of EN POINTE. After this, LET’S DO IT continued to race close to the heels of EN POINTE. Passing the 800 Metres, EN POINTE got its head up when being steadied away from the heels of SEATTLE CHOICE. At the entrance to the Straight, GALAXY WITNESS shifted out and bumped LET’S DO IT. LET’S DO IT was then awkwardly placed outside the heels of GALAXY WITNESS near the 350 Metres which shifted to the outside of KASI FARASI to obtain clear running. FEARLESS FIRE, which was racing outside LET’S DO IT, got its head on the side and shifted out away from that horse and in doing so bumped CHARITY GRACE. Passing the 400 Metres, MASSIVE ACTION became unbalanced of its own accord. After the 400 Metres, EN POINTE improved into tight running between SEATTLE CHOICE and KASI FARASI. SHADOW MISSION had some difficulty obtaining clear running in the early part of the Straight and near the 350 Metres shifted out, resulting in SUPER DYNAMITE being momentarily crowded for room inside SEATTLE CHOICE which also shifted in. CIRCUIT STELLAR was unable to obtain clear running from on straightening until approaching the 200 Metres. Approaching the 100 Metres, SUPER DYNAMITE and EN POINTE brushed. GALAXY WITNESS and SUPER DYNAMITE were sent for sampling.
