Four weeks ago, over the same distance, this horse performed well, jumping moderately and settling towards the back before finishing with a fast final two sections to secure fourth place, beaten by two and a half lengths. This time it will carry four pounds more, although the overall time is comparable to previous races, and has drawn an inside barrier. The tactics are likely to be holding back and relying on a strong finishing kick, which is considered one of its strengths amongst the field. Trainer and jockey have a good rapport, however, the circumstances aren’t entirely favorable. A matching pairing would be ideal.
