Six weeks ago, this horse ran well over Sha Tin’s 1400m, jumping moderately and settling towards the back before making a mid-race move with good acceleration and maintaining a strong gallop. A subsequent trial at Happy Valley over 1200m sees the horse two pounds lighter this time, facing favorable competition for the lead. The trainer and jockey have a solid rapport, and if the horse jumps cleanly and establishes an early lead, a forward showing is expected.
