Two weeks ago, this horse ran poorly over a Happy Valley mile, slow to jump and settling towards the rear. It made a move in the middle stages but faded noticeably. Returning from a spell, it will now race over an extended Happy Valley mile and a quarter, carrying an additional 17 pounds. A hold-up tactics are expected, however, its finishing kick may not be competitive. Despite four wins from thirteen starts at this course and distance, and comparable times to rivals, despite drawing a favorable barrier, improvement seems unlikely.
