Three weeks ago, this horse ran a respectable race over 1200m at Happy Valley, missing the break but settling towards the rear before making a move in the middle stages and finishing strongly. Now switching to a Happy Valley sprint for its first attempt at this distance, it races without any weight reduction. The distance may not suit, leaving its chances somewhat compromised, though an advantageous barrier draw could provide a boost.
