On March 25th (turf trial 1000m: 5-6-8), the horse was pushed throughout but showed little promise. On March 13th (dirt trial 1050m: 5-5-5), the start was average, with pushing and striking during the straight. In March, a dirt track race over 1200m resulted in a poor performance; a slow jump led to settling at the rear of the field with a steady pace but no finishing kick, resulting in a significant defeat. After a short break, two barrier trials were conducted but failed to demonstrate sufficient progress. Another turf trial over 1400m this time requires carrying one extra pound and faces unfavorable timing compared to others; even if capable of leading early, the final work-out doesn't indicate a strong chance in this race.
