Two weeks ago, this horse ran prominently over a Sha Tin 1200m, tracking the leader and finishing strongly in the final two sections with good speed to finish fourth, beaten by half a length. Now stepping up to Happy Valley over 1200m this time carrying a two-pound weight reduction, the distance is expected to suit. Drawing a favorable barrier position enhances his chances. Based on relative ability, he appears to be the strongest contender in this race but will need to be held up for a late run; however, his finishing kick may not be as strong as some rivals and hopes are limited to running closer.
