This race requires carrying an additional eight pounds; with six wins from 25 starts at this distance, possessing the fastest time amongst its group and drawing a favorable barrier, a hold-up strategy is anticipated leveraging a strong finishing kick – the strongest in the field. The horse appears to have good chances, relatively stronger than other contenders, and the jockey has some understanding of its capabilities with adequate preparation.
