On June 20th (dirt trial 1200m: 2-1-3), the horse displayed an attractive demeanor through the four bends. Eight weeks ago, in a Sha Tin turf mile race, it was very disappointing, slow to jump and settling towards the rear before making a mid-race effort that ultimately faded. Following a short break, a recent barrier trial showed slight improvement. Making its debut after transferring stables, it trialled again over a Happy Valley 1200m course. This time with a four-pound weight reduction, despite a poor draw and a significant section time difference compared to other horses in the same group, it lacks a strong finishing kick and faces unfavorable conditions due to trainer/jockey incompatibility. However, its strength lies in its ability to lead, and the jockey is aware of the horse's weaknesses, aiming for an upfront strategy if it jumps cleanly.
