SENOR TOBA

Three weeks ago, this horse ran a respectable race over Sha Tin’s 2000m, jumping slowly and settling towards the rear. He made a mid-race move with good acceleration but faded slightly afterwards. After a delayed recovery period, he trialled at Happy Valley over a mile recently. This time he will carry three pounds more weight. The plan is to settle back in this race, however, his finishing kick was not as strong as the opposition and appears disadvantaged by the circumstances. Despite this, his trial sectionals were good, and he has drawn a reasonable barrier, suggesting connections are confident.
