On September 9th (dirt trial 1200m: 5-5-6) he settled mid-pack, tracking quietly on the outside. Returning after a long spell, this is his seasonal debut. Two barrier trials have been completed with no standout performances. Another turf trial over 1400m at Sha Tin, needing to carry five pounds more this time. He has previous form over this distance and recorded good times in comparison with others in the group; drawing an inside barrier offers a favorable position. Based on ability compared to other contenders, he appears to be a leading chance.
