On September 19th, a dirt trial over 1200m showed an ordinary performance with no standout features. This is the horse’s seasonal debut following one barrier trial which also yielded unremarkable results. Stepping up in class, it will be tested again on Sha Tin turf over 1400m this time carrying a seven-pound weight reduction. While its record at this distance isn’t poor and the group's times are reasonable, jockey Alexis Badel is new to the horse. The likely tactics involve settling towards the rear of the field, but finishing speed may not be sufficient to compete with rivals. The barrier draw is unfavorable, and trainer-jockey synergy appears limited; a trailing finish is expected.
