Switching to a straight course for the first time, he benefits from a ten-pound weight reduction this race. While capable of tracking the leaders, his running style may not suit this distance. Despite drawing a good barrier and maintaining trainer-jockey confidence, he appears tense in pre-race condition and the current conditions are unfavorable. Best suited as a supporting option.
