On October 10th, during a Conghua turf trial over 1200m (sections 1-1-2), the horse showed good speed in second place and made some improvement on the leader. Four weeks ago, in a Sha Tin dirt mile race, the performance was poor; a slow jump resulted in settling towards the rear with an even pace but no finishing kick, resulting in a significant defeat. A recent barrier trial didn’t showcase outstanding ability. Making its debut on the Sha Tin turf over 1400m this time with a five-pound weight reduction, the distance is unfavorable and the overall situation is challenging. Despite drawing a good barrier, it may only be able to track the pace and should be considered a trial run.
