CONRAD THE GREAT

On October 13th, a turf trial over 1000m at Conghua saw the horse positioned between fourth and fifth, maintaining a consistent pace. Previously on September 26th, also in a Conghua turf trial over 1000m, he ran smoothly along the rail and showed a decent performance. Returning after a long break, this will be his seasonal debut. Two barrier trials have been completed with acceptable results. He’s dropped 21 pounds in body weight and is switching to a Happy Valley sprint distance for his first attempt at this trip; however, he'll carry one pound more this time out, which isn’t ideal given the unfavorable distance. Despite this, an advantageous barrier draw offers some hope and the stable believe in his potential.
