The horse showed an effort in the middle stages but couldn't close the gap on the leaders. In a recent trial at Happy Valley mile, this time with a four-pound weight reduction, the draw is favourable, though positioning may require holding back initially. Finishing kick is expected to be the strongest within the field, but opportunities appear limited.
