TO INFINITY

Two weeks ago, this horse performed poorly over the same distance, with a slow jump and settling towards the rear. He made a mid-race effort but faded in the final stages, finishing well-beaten. This time, he carries no additional weight but has drawn a poor barrier. The plan is to settle towards the rear again, however, his finishing kick is unlikely to be strong enough against this competition and his overall form is unfavorable despite having won seven races from thirty-two starts; his times are not significantly different from those of its rivals and there appears to be no obvious advantage.
