Four weeks ago, this horse displayed promising form over a Sha Tin 1200m race, with a slow jump and settling towards the back. He then made a strong late run in the final two sections, finishing fourth, beaten by half a length. Following that, he trialed over 1400m at Sha Tin and will carry an additional two pounds this time. Despite recording the fastest trial time within his group and drawing an inside barrier, the trainer-jockey combination is considered positive, however, a hold-up tactics is expected which may not be advantageous given his current finishing speed limitations; connections are hoping for a competitive showing.
