Four weeks ago, this horse ran very poorly over the same distance, settling in a good position tracking the leaders with a steady pace but lacking any noticeable acceleration. This time it carries no additional weight and has proven records at this distance, drawing a favorable barrier which allows for an early speed attempt. Despite a slower sectional time compared to others in the field, and a weak finishing kick, a clean break and commitment to maintaining a forward position should see improvement.
