On October 23rd, in a dirt trial over 1050m (sections: 2-3-2), the horse showed good early pace and was keen to lead, easily moving forward automatically. Five weeks ago, this horse performed poorly over a Sha Tin 1200m turf track, with a slow jump and settling towards the rear with an even pace but lacking a finishing kick. A subsequent barrier trial indicated slight improvement. Returning from Class drop, it will race again in a Happy Valley 1200m event. It needs to carry 18 pounds more this time; however, it has previous records in this distance, and the group’s timing is good. It should be able to settle comfortably tracking the leaders with its favorable barrier draw. Karis Teetan takes the ride, possessing some familiarity with the horse's capabilities. Despite a potentially weak finishing kick and an unfavorable trainer-jockey dynamic, it remains likely to be an outsider with potential for a shout.
