On September 26th, during a turf trial over 1200m at Conghua, the horse was heavily pressured throughout and didn't fully extend. On September 8th, in another turf trial over 1200m at Conghua, it broke sharply but faded down the straight. After a long break, this is its seasonal debut. Two barrier trials have been completed without significant showing. Switching to a Happy Valley mile for this race, and starting over this distance for the first time, it receives a five-pound weight reduction. The distance isn’t ideal, putting it at a disadvantage, but an advantageous draw offers some hope; worth monitoring its progress.
