On October 18th, a barrier trial over 1000m at Happy Valley was completed in good style (1-1-1), returning under restraint. On October 10th, a turf trial over 1000m at Conghua saw the horse lead solo but was overtaken near the finish line, showing reasonable performance. This horse is resuming after a spell and making its seasonal debut. Two trials have shown improvement. Another trial over Happy Valley’s short distance course revealed a need to carry one pound more this time; despite good section times in the same group, the barrier draw isn't ideal, requiring a hold-up tactic. It possesses the strongest finishing kick amongst the group, but its overall situation is not particularly advantageous and is best suited as a pairing."
