Three weeks ago, in a race over the same distance, the performance was very disappointing with a slow start and settling towards the rear. The pace was steady but lacked any strong acceleration throughout the sections. This time, the horse needs to carry seven pounds more. Although it has two previous wins at this distance and comparable times within the group, the barrier draw is reasonable. Mickael Barzalona takes the ride, with some familiarity of the horse's capabilities. However, a hold-up tactic will likely be employed, but the finishing kick may not be strong enough to challenge rivals. The current form isn’t ideal and trainer/jockey relationship appears strained, suggesting a cautious approach is warranted.
