On December 29th (dirt trial 1050m: 3-3-5), the horse was urged along on the straight but didn’t show significant improvement. On December 16th (turf trial 1000m: 7-6-6), it settled mid-pack and ran steadily. On December 1st (Conghua turf trial 1000m: 7-7-4) the horse was pushed forward but ran conservatively. On November 17th (Conghua turf trial 800m: 6-4-3), it enjoyed a relaxed run and performed freely. This is its debutant race as a new winner, having commenced training in Hong Kong since early August last year. Four trials have been conducted this season with average performance; slightly high leg action and slow footwork suggest suitability for a mile distance. It hasn't reached peak fitness yet; it’s the first run this campaign so an observation is recommended first.
